It started as an ordinary evening. After dinner, his wife went to take a shower, humming a tune as she disappeared into the bathroom. A few minutes later, she came out — completely naked — and strolled confidently into the bedroom.
“Babe,” she said, slightly embarrassed, “can you please shut the curtains? I don’t want the neighbors to see me like this.”
He looked up from his phone, smiled, and without missing a beat said,
“Don’t worry, sweetheart… if they see you naked, they’ll close their own curtains.”
The room went silent for a second — then she burst out laughing. Even she had to admit, it was a perfect comeback.
Later that night, she told her friends about it in their group chat, and the replies came flooding in with laughing emojis. One even said, “I’m stealing that line for my husband!”
